SCHOOLS

Everything started with the educational centers

The fundamental pillar and base of the Claki project is education. At Oliklak we firmly believe that if we promote environmental education to the little ones, when they grow up they will have become aware and will adopt a responsible stance towards recycling, internalizing the importance of respecting the environment, regardless of the technical or artistic skills they develop.

To avoid making waste collection a boring task for our children, we have developed a system where the protagonist is an animated character called Claki,  who is also our ecycling tool and our “environmental friend”. Through comics, diptychs and various activities, our boys and girls learn the values of a society that is aware of its environment while having fun.

All this material includes the Claki project in digital format together with a dossier for teaching teams (written by teachers) full of exercises that promote environmental learning and guides teachers to teach their students the importance of our planet and what it means to take care of it. All this pedagogical material can be found on our website.

Educational centers talk about the CLAKI project

They say that an image is worth a thousand words, and that word of mouth is the most reliable publicity for any project, well, here you can download the opinion of some educational centers that have recycled with CLAKI, for many years, it deserves a lot of the worth reading your opinions.

How do the centers manage the CLAKI project?

Certainly there are as many ways of managing the CLAKI Project as there are centers that have the system in place, currently there are more than 400 educational centers, but from here we will give you the four most important data.

    • 1 Claki per family is distributed along with an information sheet.
    • Many centers mark only 1 day a week for the collection of the Clakis, these centers are the ones that achieve the best results.
    • On the day of collecting the Clakis, the students, parents bring their full Claki and collect another clean one.
    • The Social Enterprise in charge of managing the system will come to the center every 15 days to collect the full Clakis and leave clean Clakis.
    • The educational center has the possibility of entering the data of the collection through our management program (optional). This program gives you the possibility to make graphs of the data by class and the environmental benefits that are being achieved.
